Shipping policy

Where we ship LOCARD Rebellion currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a dispatch email with tracking once your order leaves us.

Delivery estimates Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delays We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control, but we'll always help you chase a delayed parcel — email locardrebellion@gmail.com with your order number.

Wrong or incomplete address Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery; a further postage charge may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within a reasonable time at locardrebellion@gmail.com and we'll put it right.
